I am currently a Ph.D. student at the School of Biomedical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, working with Prof. Cheng Jin.
My research interests cover Bioinformatics, AI4S, Raman Spectroscopy, and Agent Systems.
Prior to now, I obtained my master degree in SJTU and bachelor degree from Shenzhen University (SZU) in China.

Recent News

Sep, 2025. Officially started a research collaboration with Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, working with Dr. Shuai Lu, Dr. Minjuan Li, and Prof. Xieyuan Jiang (Hospital President). This collaboration was made possible with the great help of Bingsen Xue, Xinyuan Bi, and Jian Ye.
Apr, 2025. Assigned by Prof. Jin, my doctoral supervisor, to assist in the research on electromagnetic interference cancellation in magnetic resonance imaging.
Feb, 2025. My paper “FIND: A Framework for Iterative to Non-Iterative Distillation for Lightweight Deformable Registration” was accepted by IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics.
Nov, 2024. Attended KTH-SJTU winter school, nice food.
Oct, 2024. Attended MICCAI 2024 in Morocco and posted my paper at the venue on the 9th.
Jun, 2024. My paper “DiffuseReg: Denoising Diffusion Model for Obtaining Deformation Fields in Unsupervised Deformable Image Registration” was accepted by MICCAI 2024 (ratio:30%).
Apr, 2024. My Chinese patent “Registration methods, systems, and lightweight methods for non iterative lightweight network distillation” was made public.
Dec, 2023. My co-authored paper “Real-time estimation of lung deformation from body surface using a general CoordConv CNN” was accepted by Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine.
Aug, 2022. Joined Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Apr, 2021. My paper “Three-Way Feature Selection Based on Neighborhood Mutual Information” was accepted by Computer Engineering and Applications.
